Orders placed from outside the USA will be shipped within 3 business days after the order is confirmed.
Shipping times can vary between 5-10 business days, depending on the destination country.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Vita & Health Return & Exchange Policy

At Vita & Health, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Return Conditions:

Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your product.
The product must be returned in the same condition as when it was first received.
There is no additional charge for returning goods; however, customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

Exceptions to Return and Exchange:

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the product seal or protection wrap is broken or damaged.
If the product has changed color or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately.
The product must be unused, with at least 90% of the original content remaining in the bottle, to be eligible for a full refund.
